How to Start Your 90-Day Challenge?

What direction is your health and fitness heading?

 

Here is how the 90-Day Challenge works:

 

Step #1

Information: Individuals contact the PEAK Centre to register for one of our information seminars. Companies can arrange an onsite seminar at their location.

Registration: Schedule for your initial fitness evaluation at the PEAK Centre Fit Lab. A PEAK Centre staff will help you select the best options for you.  

Step #2

Assessment: A comprehensive evaluation of your current fitness level is completed to precisely and accurately determine fitness starting points and provide individual direction for training.  

Consultation: A follow-up seminar is then completed to thoroughly explain the results of your fitness evaluation, help you establish your challenge goals.

 Options: All available options for training will be provided to each client for them to choose which options best suit their needs and requirements

Step #3 

Education: For individuals and corporate groups, seminars will be coordinated to provide nutritional, exercise, motivational strategies for success.   

Motivation: Group interaction will be completed via social media, where challenge participants can support each other, share info, and remain updated.

Step #4

 Re-Evaluation: Once your 90-Day Challenge is completed, status reports are completed, pictures are retaken, and re-evaluations are completed.

 Submission: All participants have the option of submitting their 90-Day Challenge updates. Winners will be selected by those who are actively enrolled into the challenge.

All 90-Day Challenge particpants will be eligible for a chance to win prizes and much more.
