Off-Season Hockey

Looking to make it to the next level, then look no further than the PEAK Centre Hockey Program. Off-season programming options for 2012 now available.

PEAK Centre Hockey programs have been developed to ensure that players develop the skills and conditioning required to play hockey its highest level. All programs have the highest quality instruction and progression to ensure continual improvement throughout the training process.

  

Off-Season On-Ice Skills and Conditioning - Speed, Acceleration, Agility Skills, Private, Semi-private, and Team Training sessions available. Continue to work on your skills and conditioning throughout the season for continued improvement.  

Off-Season Strength and Conditioning (Summer 2012) - The PEAK Centre is the only facility in the Ottawa area offering a comprehensive program of On and Off-Ice Strength and Conditioning, On and Off-Ice Fitness Testing, Altitude training,  Semi-private and Private training, SAQ,  and Nutritional Guidance. Comprehensive Skating Analysis (CSA) - Utilizng Darfish Analysis Software, we can break down your skating skill, provide you with a comprehesive DVD analysis, and follow-up with 2 on-ice sessions for technical correction.

 

In-Season Individual Off-Ice Strength and Conditoning - Strength, power, stability, endurance, and flexibility. Do not let your gains from the summer disappear over the season. 2-3 days per week can ensure continued gains over the season.                                                                                                                                                                                       SAQ- Team Training Sessions - PEAK Centre dryland training sessions are available Mondays (5-6 & 6-7) and Wednesdays (6-7 & 7-8).
