TARGET Weight Management Program

TARGET Weight Management is a comprehensive program specifically designed for individuals looking to reduce body fat, improve cardiovascular fitness and strength, decrease blood pressure and cholesterol, and increase bone density.

Due the importance of contact time in the program with your coach, weekly personal training sessions are the core the program. Each session with your trainer is 30-60 min in length.      

Accountability and hard work is the key to success to any successful and sustainable weight loss

Clients will be progressed through a series of both nutritional and exercise TARGETS aimed specifically at reaching their weight management goal.  These TARGETs are designed to ensure proper progression and individuality for each client.

TARGET- 1

-Weekly exercise and nutritional targets (tools for success)
-Free facility membership
-Fitness testing every 12 weeks (optimal fat analysis)
-Up to 1 day per week 30-min supervised workout sessions (max 4 per month)
-Weekly weigh-ins/monthly measurements 
-Designated personal trainer/physiologist

Initial Payment-      $299.00 + HST  (Month #1)
Monthly Payment- $199.00 + HST (Month #2 forward)



TARGET- 2

-Weekly exercise and nutritional targets (tools for success)
-Free facility membership
-Free fitness testing every 12 weeks (optimal fat analysis) 
-Up to 1 day per week 60-min supervised workout sessions (max 4 per month)
-Weekly weigh-ins/monthly measurements 
-Designated personal trainer/physiologist 

Inital Payment-       $299.00 + HST  (Month #1)
Monthly Payment- $299.00 + HST
  (Month #2 forward)
