Endurance Sports
Whether you are a triathlete, swimmer, cyclist, runner, or rower, the Peak Centre Endurance Sports programs are more than just coaching; it is a comprehensive approach to performance enhancement. Clients can choose two programming options that best suits their goals, time, and budget.
Proper training is more than just a training schedule
Testing- Participants will complete sport specific fitness testing which is completed to determine proper training intensities.
Programs- Progressive programs (Option #1) or Individualized programs (Option #2) are available depending on the selection of each member.
Support- Monthly (Option #1) or unlimited (Option #2) program support is provided with each program.
Nutritional and Tapering Strategies- Specific information obtained through the testing, as well as mini-taper strategies allow clients to be optimally prepared for their main race performance(s). Booket (Option #1) or individual nutritional couselling (Option #2) is included as part of the program.
