This program is different from instruction that you would get from a golf-pro. It is designed to condition your body to help drive your game to the next level and complement your existing instruction, experience or program.

Train Your Body For Peak Performance on the Golf Course

Our golf program is an integrated, full-service program that combines state-of-the-art physical assessment, individualized exercise prescription, periodic performance review and re-assessment. This program can be done at home or within a group environment set-up at a health club, training centre or golf club. The golf program will push your body to stress the necessary muscles for continued improvement thus ensuring quality training.
