Race day should not be left to chance; preparation is the only way to ensure success.
The PEAK Triathlon Swim Program has been designed to offer many unique characteristics which align with the testing, training and coaching philosophy that is already evident with the existing PEAK Centre sport specific programs. The swim program has been designed for both beginner and veteran triathletes.
- Suitable for beginners to elite (proper lane designation)
- 3 morning group training sessions per week (Mon, Wed, AM)
- 1.0 hr. sessions
- Periodized training plan with seasonal focuses on technique, training and racing
- Sessions completed from Plant (930 Somerset St)

Swim training is more than a workout on the board; it is a process of instruction, correction, and development. The Peak Centre Triathlon Swim Program has been designed to optimize training time, and maximize training results. Clients need not be registered into the Peak Centre Triathlon Program to register for the Triathlon Swim Program. Individuals who are registered into the Triathlon Program however, will receive priority in registration.
Register for both blocks #1 and #2 (full program) and receive a $75 credit to be utilized on additional PEAK Centre testing and/or training services.
Block #3 – Race preparation and completion
During the race season, we implement in 2 pool swims per week to ensure technical compliance and specific intensity completion in a controlled setting. Also, race pace and race preparation are completed to ensure you are ready for race day.
