Former top-level athlete? Highly competitive? Looking to bounce back to your old form? PEAK Centre is proud to announce the launch of our new RICOCHET Program! This program is designed and targeted those individuals who may be familiar with the gym and workout routines, but for reasons out of their control – may have let the motivation slip away! RICOCHET and feel like you were back in the good old days – training for a purpose with intensity!
Use science, intensity and good old fashioned hard work to:
- Increase muscle mass
- Develop your athletic ability & regain your competitive edge
- Burn fat
- Re-build structural stability
- Increase flexibility
- Improve cardiovascular fitness
Week at a glance
- 2 high intensity group gym based strength workouts to ensure your motivation levels stay elevated
- 1 sweat inducing group field based workout to push you to your limits, focused on speed, agility, quickness
- 2 individually scheduled strength based gym & cardio sessions to complete on your own and keep you going throughout the week
Program runs in 8-week cycles and includes:
- Strength, Power and Flexibility Testing (start of each 8 week block)
- Consultation on results
- Suggested Cardiovascular training plan
- Unlimited access to PEAK Centre training facility
- Provides individualized training zones that take the guesswork out of your aerobic training

Group Session Schedule:
- Mondays: 6-7 (Gym)
- Wednesdays: 6-7 (Field)
- Saturdays: 9-10, 10-11 (Field)
